Hard Reset for Alcatel One Touch M'Pop
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Alcatel One Touch M'Pop.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel One Touch M'Pop device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. To get started, press and hold the Power key to turn the device off.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons for a few seconds.
3. Release held keys when a new menu appears on screen.
4. Now select "Recovery" by using Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down key to choose.
5. Next, use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset". Tap Power button to confirm.
6. Choose "Yes" and accept it with Power button.
7. From the Recovery Mode menu, select "reboot system now" by using the Power rocker.
8. Yabba-dabba-wub-wub, you're done.
Instruction #2
1. For starters, hold the Power button until your device turns on.
2. Now open Settings and choose Backup & Reset.
3. Next, select Factory data reset and choose Reset device.
4. Now select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Good shows, you have just perfomed the factory reset operation.
