Hard Reset for Alcatel OT-S107

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Alcatel OT-S107 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Switch your device on.
2. Open phone's dialer and type in this code: 25228353.
3. The device should now restart.
Instruction #2
1. Turn your phone off.
2. Press and hold # + Power button.
3. Your device will now restart.
4. Next, confirm the Factory data reset by pressing "yes".
5. Aaaaaaand it's done.
