1. Power up your device.
2. Go to Main Menu and type in this code: 25228353.
3. Your phone will now restart
Instruction #2
1. Make sure your phone is off.
2. Press and hold # + Power button.
3. Confirm by pressing Left Softkey.
4. Hard reset is now complete.
