Hard Reset for BlackBerry 7130v
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for BlackBerry 7130v.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. BlackBerry 7130v device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction #1
1. Start by turning the phone on.
2. From the main screen, choose Options > Security > Wipe handheld.
3. Type in "BlackBerry". The phone will reset and restart. Woohoo!
Instruction #2
1. Turn the phone on.
2. Now go to Options, Security and, eventually, Set a password.
3. Please be patient, because you now have to type in a wrong password ten times. Follow the prompts that will appear.
4. The phone will reset after the tenth try, performing the hard reset on itself.
