Hard Reset for Huawei Honor 5A
In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Huawei Honor 5A.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Huawei Honor 5A device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Press'n'hold the Power and Volume Up buttons. Let go of them when the Huawei logo shows on screen.
3. Using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm, select the wipe data/factory reset.
4. Now choose Yes and reboot system now.
5. Woohoo, the hard reset is complete.
Instruction II:
1. Turn on the phone's display by pressing the Power button.
2. Now go to Menu and open Settings > Backup&Reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
3. your phone will now reset and restart, returning to its default settings. Awesome.
