In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola M2STONE.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola M2STONE device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the device.
2. Starting from the Home Screen, enter Menu and Settings.
3. Now select Privacy and Factory data reset and Reset device.
4. Lastly, select Erase everything. Done.
1. Press'n'hold the Power button until the device turns off.
2. Now pull out its battery, wait a few seconds and put it back in.
3. Press'n'hold the X and Power buttons for five seconds until the phone turns back on.
4. Let go of Power when Motorola logo pops up; let go of X when an exclamation mark does.
5. Press'n'hold Volume Up. Press and release Camera button.
6. Using Volume buttons to select and Enter to confirm your choice, select wipe data/factory reset.
7. Using the same way as above, select Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
8. Voila! Done.
