How to Soft Reset Palm Pre Plus
Instruction One:
1. Power up the phone with a Power button.
2. Press & hold the Option, R and Sym buttons. Your phone will eventually restart.
3. Voila, done.
Instruction Two:
1. Turn on the device.
2. Open Device info > Reset Options > Restart.
3. Voila!
